Great way to differentiate and work on personal math goals. All kids can partner up

There is no decimal point. Integer division can be useful, but not when trying to learn basic math. Also, "teens and adults" would probably need to practice things like x^2-4x+4=0, or d/dt(-9.81t^2). This app only does the four basic functions, which literally any calculator can do for you. Additionally, quick inputs are impossible. Try typing 11 at a reasonable speed and you get 1.

Where are the decimal points or fractions?

I love that my kids, grades 2,4,8 can all play together. We have had so much fun. Division could use some work, maybe an option for fraction/decimals like the one for negative numbers in subtraction. Otherwise, the best game Ive seen for math practice!

It is a fun app; however, if you are seeking true competition, this game is a real flop. The app never asks the same question of the two players at he same time. It commonly occurs that one player gets 1+0=? while the other player gets something to the effect of 7x6=?. I just see the game as being more fun if I knew it was fair.

This app really engages kids and creates a need for them to master basic math skills that will be required in future courses. Long division is way less time consuming and easier if you truly know how to divide, multiply, subtract. Algebra only makes sense if you can see the relationship between the numbers....all of which is based on the building blocks of basic math. Kids cant wait to take on one another for the momentary bragging rights. I love that I can make things a bit tougher for some while adjusting for IEPs on the other end of the spectrum quickly and easily.

A good drill for math operations. However, there is no way to make decimals or fractions, so the division option is useless.

As an adult I figured I had this math thing figured out - but Math Duel shows that even though I once knew my multiplication tables all the way to 12, I now can barely get past 6*12. Great game for adults and children alike.

This is a wonderful app! My son is in 3rd grade and loves math. He plays against his dad and brother to improve his speed in math.

This is a great game, but am I overlooking a pause or stop button. Does the player(s) really just have to let the timer run down when they want to stop play?

Nice, but should have a button to go back to the menu, an option to give both opponents the same problems (makes the game more fair), a button to restart in the menu, a button to match the settings between both players easily, and an option of how many more questions than the opponent must be solved to win.

I think this will be great for my students to review their facts with some healthy competition to be the first one to win the game. I like the two player/split screen idea.
